Canada Isn't the 51st Anything

 

One of the most iconic beer commercials in Canadian history was the "I Am Canadian" series from the early 2000s. It was funny, bold, and proudly celebrated what it meant to be Canadian. 

Right now feels like the perfect time to rekindle that sense of national pride. 

Jeff Douglas, the actor who famously played Joe in those classic ads, has returned with a new version where he stand firm against a certain orange goblin who seems to think we’re just waiting to become America’s 51st state. 

Here’s the truth: Being modest and polite doesn’t make us meek or weak. 

We are not the 51st State. We are Canadian.
