Fellow freelancers or those with jobs with multiple accounts/clients/projects. 

What do you find is the best organizational app to manage all the meetings and assignments along with invoicing and billing?

I'm asking because I use multiple tools at the moment, and wondering if there is something that can efficiently manage everything.
