A Weekend in Narnia

By the end of this weekend, I was sore and exhausted, But also exhilarated and energized. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe had a terrific three-show run in Kitchener with a responsive and engaged audience with packed houses each time.

I am honoured and thrilled that we brought joy and entertained so many people. I also got my ego bucket filled a bit with so many audience members praising my performance and just being very generous with their compliments. A few people were even shocked that I've only been doing this for a year, which is a huge confidence boost.

But this was a team. No. . . a family.

I was only good because I had amazing people to act alongside, and the charisma and talent that was on stage this past weekend amazed me. We also had incredible direction. Everyone is so giving and kind to each other. We all try to make each other shine.

And we did.

Thank you to everyone who came to see us in Kitchener. This was an absolute dream and joy. I got to perform in one of my favourite stories as a kid, and I had an absolute blast being Mr. Beaver alongside my incredible wife, Mrs. Beaver (Emily).

If you haven't seen the show yet, there is still next weekend in Fergus. I'd love to see you there, and along with my theatre family, entertain you with every ounce of my heart.

Welcome to Narnia.
