By the Power of Birthday Cake!: The Latest Example of My Wife's Master Skills

 

It has now been tradition when our kids have a birthday that their super-talented mom, Emily, uses her mythical powers to create an incredible cake based off whatever thing they love at the moment.

Everett had his birthday on Boxing Day. He currently loves He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, thus a mighty Skeletor cake. He was appropriately surprised and thrilled by the creation

Emily is amazing at many things. There are many reasons for me and the kids to love her. One of those reasons is she spends so much time and energy to makes these cakes for Everett and Danika. 

She may not say 'I love you' often, but sure does it show it every day.
